Privacy policy
What the agent-memory.jp website collects when you sign up for updates, why, who processes it and how to have it removed.
This policy covers the agent-memory.jp website, operated by ArcManagement. How the Agent Memory apps and service handle your sessions is described separately in How your data is handled.
What we collect
- When you sign up for updates: your email address, the language of the page you used and the time you signed up. The form asks for nothing else.
- When a page fails: a technical error report. It never includes conversation text, search terms, cookies, authorization headers, URL queries or screenshots.
- When any page is requested: the server sees your IP address, as every web server does. We use it to deliver the page and to limit repeated signups for a few minutes; it is not stored with your signup.
How we use it
We use your email address only to send the signup confirmation, product news about Agent Memory and a note when you can start using it. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it or share it beyond the service providers below.

These providers may process data outside Japan.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this site use no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of their own. If you have signed in to the Agent Memory console, your browser sends that sign-in cookie, and the site reads it only to attach your user ID to error reports.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until we stop sending Agent Memory updates, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your data
Write to contact@arcm.co.jp from the address you signed up with, and we will show, correct or delete what we hold. Our emails come from a no-reply address, so please don't reply to them for this.
